Contact Us

We understand how difficult that first call for support can be so we are able to be contacted in a number of ways.

Call: Please leave a message on the answerphone, if you get no answer stating your first name only, a contact number and convenient time to return your call.

Text: You can text to request a call back if there is no answer. Let us know when would be a good time to call you back. Again we only need your first name and a number. You will normally be texted back to ask if it is good time to talk and then you will be invited in for an assessment appointment.

Email: You can email us, or fill in the contact form below.

Confidentiality

First Step works to a very strict code of confidentiality. All our work is undertaken using supervision from professionally qualified supervisors who are very experienced in working with survivors.
