Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke, 45, has been jailed for 4 years for sexually abusing a boy, aged 15 years old, in the 1990’s.

Paul Clarke sexually abused the schoolboy more than 20 years ago, but has now been jailed for 4 years. Paul Clarke admitted two counts of indecency with a child and two of indecent assault, between 1994 and 1995.

The Leicester Crown Court was told that there was an 8 year gap between the defendant and his victim. Prosecutor Gregor Purcell said the victim reported the crime to the police, which included sexual activity on two separate occasions in April, 2014.

A pervert used a spy pen camera to film his teenage step-daughter taking a shower.

The pervert from Barwell, Leicester, used the spy pen to watch his naked step daughter in the shower, Leicester Crown Court heard. The young girl accidentally stumbled across numerous indecent videos and images of herself when she borrowed his laptop.

The man, who is in his late 40’s, has been jailed for 2 years. He admitted two counts of voyeurism and one count of making 87 indecent images of the devastated victim, when she was aged between 17 and 18 years old.

NSPCC

The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, NSPCC, have released a new report on how child abusers are grooming their victims online.

The NSPCC asked police forces across the country to identify abuse cases where the first contact was made online. The charity found that almost 100 Leicestershire children or young people were sexually abused by offenders who they met, and groomed them online.

The NSPCC asked 44 police forces across England and Wales how many offences with recorded where the victim was under 18 years old between April, 2015 and March, 2016, where online grooming had been a factor.

Paul Clarke

Khristopher Davie, 25, has been sentenced to 4 years for having sex with a 14 year old schoolgirl.

Khristopher Paul Edward Davie pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual activity with a child and sexual activity in the presence of a child. He behaved in a lewd manner during a Skype conversation. Khristopher Davie was between 23 and 24 years old when he committed the offences with the girl.

Robert Underwood, who was prosecuting at Leicester Crown Court said:

“He knew it was illegal and didn’t tell anyone because he knew it would get him into trouble. There was grooming and naked images were exchanged.”

A few years back one of my old friends shared shocking details about his ordeal as a teenager. He narrated his story of being molested as at the age of fourteen. While returning alone from school one day in Chennai, he became a victim of sexual assault which later pushed him into a world of loneliness and depression. On asking he replied that he was alone that day because his parents could hardly imagine that their son can get sexually harassed too. From the next day on, he preferred taking a bus rather than that regular auto. He changed his route but could never cope with the fear and embarrassment until he became vocal about his past.

Vijay Singh

Vijay Singh, 43, from Leicester, has been given a life sentence for a vicious sexual assault in Leicester city centre.

Singh subjected a woman to a horrific sexual assault before leaving her for dead. He was found guilty of attempted murder and a serious sexual assault. The trail lasted 8 days in May 2016.

The man carried out the attack at a premises on King Street, Leicester on Friday 5th June 2015. Vijay Singh left the victim with multiple serious injuries, which left the victim in hospital for a considerable time for her recovery.

On Wednesday evening immediately after my husband, our dog, and I entered a restaurant’s patio, a stranger asked if he could get advice from us about relationships, as he was having problems with his girlfriend. Over the next ten to fifteen minutes, we learned a bit of their history, including that together they had a child who was almost two, and that the man had ended up in the hospital on more than one occasion with broken ribs and other bones as the result of domestic violence.

An horrific sex offender has had their bid fail, to have his jail sentence cut by the Court of Appeal.

David Atkins, 77, has been told he may die in prison after his was jailed for a series of horrific sex offences. Atkins abused an 11 year old girl after befriending her, when he was living in Leicester more than 40 years ago.

The paedophile has always pleaded his innocence claiming the allegations were made up. However he was convicted of four indecent assaults and other serious sex attack. He was jailed at Leicester Crown Court in April, 2015.
