Our offices are closed during the Christmas holidays, giving our team a much needed break after a challenging year. However, we know that the impact of trauma rarely keeps to office hours. Even at the best of times, the Christmas holidays can be challenging for some. During a global pandemic these challenges can be intensified.
We will open our offices again on Monday 4th January, but if you are struggling you may find the following options useful:
0116 295 3060: NHS Central Access Point – for urgent mental health help in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. It’s open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
116 123: Samaritans – a confidential helpline available 24/7
Read Male Survivors: A Self Help Pack – written by survivors for survivors.
We hope that you are having a good Christmas. However, please reach out to someone you trust if you’re finding it hard. You don’t have to go through this alone.
On behalf of our team, we want to that you all for your support throughout 2020. We wish each of you the very best for the new year, and beyond.
